      Soy Sauce Ramen, Sushi Tora's Shyu ramen has a semi-clear brown colored broth based on a chicken and vegetable stock combined with a precise amount of Japanese Soy Taré resulting in a soup that is tangy, salty, and savory yet still light on the palate. Since Our Shyu ramen is the lightest flavored ramen we prepare it with curly noodles rather than straight ones to capture more of the broth while eating. By contrast, the straighter noodles can be found in our tonkotsu ramen which has a much heavier broth. Sushi Tora's Shyu ramen is adorned with menma (marinated bamboo shoots), Negi (green onions), kamaboko (fish cakes), soft boiled eggs, black pepper, and sliced chsh (roasted pork). This bowl is recommended for those who have a lighter palate, enjoy the taste of soy sauce, and are new to the world of ramen. It is a great introductory noodle soup with familiar flavors making it easily palatable.

      Fermented Soy Bean Ramen, Miso ramen is a relative newcomer to the scene, having reached national prominence around 1965. This uniquely Northern Japanese ramen is a regional variation of the dish from Hokkaido, the Northern island of Japan. Sushi Tora's miso ramen features a broth that combines Japanese miso Taré with chicken, vegetable and pork stocks to create a thick, nutty, slightly sweet and hearty soup served with wavy noodles to capture the perfect ratio of taste.
